What exactly is Bella?
Bella is salon AI built by an owner running four Fantastic Sams salons in Louisiana and Mississippi. It answers the phone, books the chair, gets unhappy guests straight to a manager and, with a connected POS, matches every bank deposit to the day's tickets.
What can I turn on today by myself?
Stripe billing, email, Plaid bank feeds, QuickBooks Online and Google reviews (read) work today, and the self-serve plans start with a free trial. Square is in beta. Zenoti, Twilio phone and SMS, the Joanna AI receptionist and Google Ads are available with a guided onboarding call rather than self-serve.
How does Joanna, the AI receptionist, work?
Joanna answers your salon's calls, finds an open slot, books it into your POS and texts a confirmation. If a guest needs a person, she hands off. You can call the demo line at (866) 879-2880 right now; production Joanna is set up with onboarding.
What is Anna Jo?
Anna Jo is Bella's texting assistant. Guests text the way they talk, and Anna Jo offers real times, books and confirms. It runs on Twilio and is available with onboarding.
How does the review flow work?
After a visit, each guest gets a short feedback link (by email today; by text with onboarding). Unhappy guests go straight to a manager, with the visit details in front of them, so the salon can make it right. With a connected POS, Bella also matches your Google reviews to visits and stylists.
Which POS systems work with Bella?
Zenoti is available with onboarding and Square is in beta. If you use something else, tell us in the audit form so we can see what's possible.
Does Bella work with QuickBooks and my bank?
Yes. Bella connects to QuickBooks Online and to your bank through Plaid. With a connected POS it matches card and cash deposits to the day's tickets and flags anything odd for you to approve.
How much does it cost?
Plans and prices come straight from Bella's live plan list; the pricing section on this page shows today's numbers. Joanna AI voice is an add-on on top of any plan. Overage is approved before it ever charges.
